Thank you for your response. I just don’t know if with what I did I need to test for it and I asked the guys I was most hesitant about and they all told me that they don’t have it (as far as they know) and that they are sure I don’t have it either (some even told me to just stop) and i even talked to some girls they slept with and they are all in relationships now like I feel it’s not possible we are ALL asymptomatic but again he probably used condoms with them but for me there was not gonna be any penetration so I never even thought of condoms. I’m just debating whether forgetting the whole thing will have huge consequences in the future …like why do I have to assume I’m asymptomatic for it? I don’t know.. like what are the odds that they asymptomatically passed it to me when they never noticed anything on themselves and are still sleeping with others normally? There was never any extremely genital to genital rubbing or any long rubbing as it was just uncomfortable for both of us, but it was present . Also most were just one time encounters. Thanks again and I know these questions are anxiety induced and there’s probably nothing more to say than to get tested but I guess I’m just looking for comfort. Like if 80% of people with hsv 2 don’t know then any of us could have it and just never know?
