Could you please explain in clinical terms why you think the discharge sounds absolutely nothing like herpes and sounds almost certainly bacterial?
I finished the 2 week course of Cipro and, although there is no longer a white colored discharge in my underwear, and most symptoms are now gone (5 weeks after finishing cipro), these past few days I can feel a slight discomfort at the tip of my penis. Is this normal?
I have not gone back to the clinic because I am assuming that the Cipro worked, but the discomfort lately has me second guessing its efficacy. I do not have dysuria, but sometimes when I manually manipulate my urethra, and press on my perineum to try produce liquid out and check for discharge, I can sometimes notice a clear mucus. Is that normal? Am I massaging my Cowper’s gland when I press on my perineum and maybe that is what is producing the clear thick liquid? Also, could the urethral sensitivity at the penile tip have been exacerbated by masturbating?
