I personally ordered western blot right now I have it handy.Because my primary care don’t have and herpes western blot instructions clearly said my primary care need to provide letter and virology Clinical Lab Request to your provider. If my prices will not proved the letter or not accepted this test take what is the next steps ?

2. This test must be order by my provider? If my provider don’t have access order what is next step ? I’m have test kit now and who will help to specimens?
If you have the kit from the University of Washington, your provider just needs to fill out the ordering information and then you can ship it back to the University of Washington and your provider would get the results. I think that would work fine if your provider is willing to do that
