That’s a pretty high positive to be a false positive. The highest false positive I have seen is 17 and I’ve only seen on that high personally. I think it is very likely that you are infected. But you could certainly do a confirmatory test if you wish,
Having chlamydia does not have any impact on a herpes antibody test. Wherever you hear that is mistaken.
You say this partner of yours tests negative on the HSV 2 IgG test? Did you see that? Have you ever had other partners in your lifetime?
