This sounds absolutely nothing like herpes to me. And herpes would not last for 90 days. And Valtrex would make a difference. I wonder if you’ve ever looked this closely inside your urethra in the past to know that this is truly something different for you. Most people aren’t looking inside their urethra very often and so it could be some thing that’s normal for you – I don’t know. But I think herpes is not the source of the red mark.
