I know you are worried, but I can tell you than in all the years of having mom’s worry about infecting their children somehow through towels or touching while changing diapers or sleeping in their beds, not one mother has infected with child in this way with HSV 2. Keep struggling to get a handle on this. Worrying about this has probably become a habit for you. Bad habits can be broken with work and sometimes a good therapist.
