Never, ever trust an IgM test – many big labs have removed them from the list of available tests and more will be doing so in the future. You want to pay attention only to the IgG or western blot test (which is way better than the IgG, BTW)
If you want to do the blot wait 12 weeks from last unprotected encounter.
