This does not present a risk of transmission of HSV from your mouth to your genitals. This just isn’t how herpes is transmitted. In addition, once you have HSV in one location, and it has been there for a while, it is highly unlikely that you would get that same type in a new location. I really don’t think you need to worry about this at all.
