Herpes lesions don’t last for a month and rarely present only on the glans. That sounds more fungal than anything to me.
The western blot is only done at the University of Washington. You need to send for a kit from them,you can get that by calling 206-685-6066. Then you’ll need to find a place to have your blood drawn and then the sample will be shipped back to UW for processing. You can work with your own provider to get this or you can work with me. We use both anylabtestnow locations and ARCpoint lab locations to draw blood but local hospitals will often do it as well.
