Neither BV nor Ureaplasma would cause a bump. I suggest you consider going to urgent care to get a swab test done. If it’s not tender at all, herpes is less likely but that can’t be the only defining answer here. Also, herpes would normally change after five days, rather than staying just the same.
If you decide not to go urgent care to get a swab test done, there is a website called 24/7labkit.com. Through them, you can obtain a test kit for herpes to do a swab test at home. It is a PCR so it’s the best test around. It is stable to be shipped back after swabbing and you would do the swab in yourself. I research suggest strongly that patients do as good a job if not a better job of swabbing the clinicians
