Thank you Terri for taking the time to respond. I appreciate your knowledge and expertise in this field.
If I had HSV-1 already would it take longer for HSV-2 to seroconvert? Could my negative have been a false negative? Because she’s a SW, my thinking is that it would increase the likelihood of her having HSV-2 orally. Does that make sense? Do any of the symptoms I mentioned earlier (ED, constipation, weak urine, weak and watery sperm) relate to HSV-2? This has been happening for a few months now. For the past few weeks I find that I’m having what is considered random prodrome symptoms (tingles in genitals and left leg, flu like body aches) but no actual outbreak. Is that common with HSV-2?
