Hi Terri,
I slightly misspoke in my previous post. I understand now that the 2.12 value was part of the inhibition test, which is still considered positive. However, I’m still questioning the actual index value — how could it be significantly lower than the two other IGG tests with a value of 4.69 and 4.74? What would cause a negative to the different platform used as part of the inhibition test? What platform is even used?
It says that because this separate platform was used and came back negative that the inhibition test is undetermined. My gynecologist office completely dismissed that portion of the test and said I was definitely positive and provided no other answers to any of my questions.
