With a 1.27, there is an 85-90% chance that this is a false positive.
The quest confirmatory test is not the biokit. It is called the inhibition assay, as you know. That is not the test described in the Morrow paper, it is the IgG you’ve already had done. We have seen both positive and negative IA in comparison to negative western blot. I know of no other test that will be helpful for you as confirmatoy testing.
