I think it is very unlikely that the pimples on your mom and sister have anything to do with herpes from sipping something from your drink. If that were true, the lesions would be on their lips, not their eye
If you are concerned about herpes outbreaks around your eye, you should be seen very soon by an eye doctor for an evaluation – don’t wait.
