Thank you so much, Terri! This puts me at much more ease about my current practices.

For my follow-up questions:
1. Can you please explain more about what the research says about index levels? Especially in regards to my high index level of 11.1. I truly do not recall a time I’ve had any symptoms or outbreak. Is that unusual with high index levels or could my antivirals be keeping them away?
2. Does this index level correlate at all to a higher rate of shedding and/or transmission?
