OK, now I think I understand your question more fully.
So each of your immune systems will handle HSV infections in your own way. If you actually do have HSV 2, which I’m not convinced that you do yet, and are asymptomatic, having sex with another person who has HSV 2 who has symptoms will not make you symptomatic or them asymptomatic. I think that’s what you are asking me
