The high number just means you’ve had this for a long time, nothing else. And you’ve mounted a very substantial and good immune response to the virus
I think you can and should go back to sharing things in your family. Either your husband is infected already and doesn’t have symptoms OR you’ve gone this long and not infected him so are unlikely to do so. Win-win, either way.
I 100% believe you should be on suppression, for medical and psychological reasons, no question about it.
What I meant was that your infection is not new and not quiet, it is currently there and always will be.
