You shed virus when you do and don’t have symptoms, correct.
Antivirals will decreases shedding but not eliminate it 100%. The only risk here is giving oral sex to your husband. The way you kiss your kids does not present a risk.
If your husband isn’t worried about it, then I think you should let him make the decision about risk.
