I don’t think LabCorp has their supplemental in stock right now.
At 1.18, there is a 90% chance that this is a false positive. You could do the herpes western blot if your second test is positive as well. I don’t think you need to alarm your partner quite yet but if your second test is positive,you definitely need a good confimartory test so you can provide her with reassurance.Have you had any symptoms of HSV genitally?
