I agree that if it was an outbreak, 5 days in the viral load would be low.
Your use of the mask is way overboard. Way overboard. If you can simply not kiss your kids of your husband or give oral sex to your husband, that’s enough. I don’t believe that you need to change your clothes and worry about dropping the virus everwhere – it just doesn’t work like that.
You describe yourself as having OCD and you are absolutely correct. I would strongly suggest that you initiate care with a cognitive behavior therapist to work on this.
