By now, you should have had a swab test done. An IgG test done at 14 weeks from a specific sexual encounter, will pick up 92% of HSV 2 infections and 70% of HSV 1 infections.
None of your symptoms sound herpetic to me.
If you want to do the western blot for greater certainty, I would be happy to help you with that.
