I think it is highly unlikely that actually have HSV 1 as your blot was done well after your last kissing episode. The recommendation is to do it again and if indeterminate again, consider it very likely negative and move on. It will probably always be like this.

retest in 3 months.
3) Should I have another WB performed at a later date? If so, when exactly?
retest in 3 months. The recommendations are on the test results.
