Additional questions:

I also had an abnormal HCV results, but my primary physician doesn’t appear to be too concerned.

Because my body built antibodies due to me having COVID and receiving the vaccines, would those antibodies cause other test to reflect false-positive results?

Is it possible having an active yeast infection caused my results to be off?
