I wanted to write out all my abnormal urine results over 3 separate visits in order for you to review if possible please and thank you!
March 3rd (this was the trich diagnosis visit)
WBC 10
RBC 6
Blood small 1+
Ketones 5 trace
Urobilinogen 2.0 high
Leukocyte large 3+
June 15th PCP visit
Protein trace
Blood value small 1+
Ketones value 15 1+
Leukocytes value small 1+
June 20th throwing up blood prompted er visit
Protein value 100 2+
Blood value small 1+
WBC 55
Bacteria value 1+
Hyaline casts value 2+
WBC casts value 3+
All visits no significant growth everything else normal or negative
I’m very concerned with so many urine results being all over the place and I’m wondering if this is related to a possible HSV infection. They don’t think it’s related that’s why I am getting my kidneys ultra sound but if that comes back fine, what else could it be? As this all seemed to start after that encounter.
Are these all something you would see with someone with HSV?
Hemoglobin and hematocrit on blood tests were high as well. Iron levels low as well.
All these abnormalities are causing severe negative thoughts about HSV and been causing me to have suicidal thoughts as well
What are your thoughts with the results? Sorry for the double post I had to go over and write everything down and come back to make sure I had it all right which caused the double post would you be able to address them both?
