As I reviewed this, I see that you are believing an IgM test – you should not. The CDC advises that it never be done due to high rates of false positives.
It looks to me like your index value on the IgG test falls within the negative range,
I’m a little confused – was the 1.20 more recent than the 0.30 in June?
Regardless, both fall into the negative range.
