I will retest and when I have my second WB result I will post again to get our your final professional opinion.
1) If indeterminate again, would you be willing to provide a formal letter explaining your professional opinion in detail and include your credentials, experience, etc.?
I wouldn’t mind having something “official” from a professional rather than have to explain it poorly myself to a potential partner. Of course I would compensate you for this. Just a thought, if no I understand.
2) Not to beat a dead horse and I’m sorry if I’m totally overthinking this (sigh), but instructions say that in less than 1% of cases, seroconversion may take greater than 12 months.
Second draw will be in September, essentially 9.5 months after kissing Girl#1 in November 2022. Tested positive in January 2023 (had a positive back in 2014 too).
a) Am I still OK to get my second draw 12 weeks after the first draw?
b) Would 13 weeks be better (a full 91 days or 3 months)?
c) Is there any reason to wait longer (like a full 12 months since Girl#1)? Obviously, I do not like this option.
3) I had mentioned a positive IgM test in 2018. Do you assign any weight or value to this?
4) Out of curiosity, how high can the IgG test for HSV-1 actually go?
