Update: It has now been precisely four days, and I’ve observed no pustules with a red base, no lesions, and no scabs. I’ve experienced no headaches, and the calf pain has significantly subsided. There’s been no tingling sensation whatsoever. If all those sensations were indeed part of a prodrome, would it be reasonable to expect any symptoms in my groin area by now?

It’s worth noting that during my GHSV1 outbreak exactly two years ago, I did notice lesions on day 4, followed by lesions on the same day.

If I continue to remain symptom-free in the coming days, can I cautiously assume that I may not have contracted HSV2? Of course, I plan to undergo testing for this in a few months.
