If you tested negative for both previously, it is likely you would show symptoms of HSV 1 within 2-10 days, but not a certainty
3. I understand that everyone responds differently, but from what I have read on this forum GHSV-1 is usually not severe and does not come back following the initial OB. Is this true?
The initial infection can be severe, but the recurrence and shedding pattern is not.
a. I has also seen that GHSV-1 following the 2-year mark, only sheds about 4-days of the year. Does this mean that the likelihood of an outbreak is minimal?
