Every time you the new question it moves you farther down the list leading me to think that this is a newer question and I answered the other questions first. The inhibition assay done by quest does not result in a number like 1.26. It results in a positive with a percent or a negative. I think you might be reading this incorrectly. I would suggest that you go back and look at it again. If the inhibition assay is negative then there is normally good agreement between someone who obtains a negative inhibition assay and subsequently obtains a negative western blot.
