1. Seeing how last year after almost 5 months from exposure I tested low positive via IGG but negative for HSV2 on Western Blot, should I assume that I just carry something in my blood that will always reflect going forward as HSV2 positive?
YES and doing the IgG repeatedly will likely give you these same types of answers unless you have symptoms.
2. Would a lower equivocal now at 8 weeks post encounter be a sign that all is ok? Or should I still do a WB at 12 weeks out?
I don’t think you need to do the blot, no.
3.Would the type of unprotected exposure (my genitals on her labia for about 2 minutes) constitute a high risk)?
definitely not a high risk, nope.
