1.) Could HSV symptoms appear the next day after potential exposure, that fast for initial infection?
I’ve never seen that occur nor have I heard of it recurring. The soonest I’ve seen symptoms come up in 2 days after a concerning encounter.
2.) If there is potential exposure, could HSV 1 symptoms appear in the mouth and the genitals simultaneously for first infection? Or is it one or the other?
It could be one or the other or both, I’ve seen it all three ways.
3.) From your experience, what is the average incubation period for symptoms to appear for HSV1?
2-10 days, very rarely a bit longer.
