I think it is very very unlikely that you became infected at these encounters.
3. I will test for HIV/Syphilis at 6 weeks just to play it safe as you mentioned.

If the testing was better I would say yes, but there are so many false positives and with you having no symptoms, and you fully used a condom, I would say no.
