I am certain at the 98% level that your HSV 2 is correct. The HSV 1 test I am less certain about. That test is less sensitive, missing 27% of infections. Perhaps you already know you might have HSV 1? Cold sores? Your HSV 1 antibody test score is quite high for a true negative but it could certainly be accurate. If you want to know for certain about HSV 1, then a herpes western blot is a better idea. But I would take HSV 1 off your worry table.
