He started giving me oral a few months ago and I started giving him oral about a month ago. I’ve never noticed any sores on his lips. He says he has had sores before, but they only last about a day or so. The bumps he had on his lip are gone now. He feels the burning sensation on his penis at times, but then it goes away. We had sex again yesterday and he said his penis felt like it was burning right after. He felt it too when he peed yesterday, but today it’s gone again. He doesn’t have any lesions on his genitals, but he says he feels itchy. He says he’s never felt any of this before. He was with someone else about 7 months ago, but had been in various relationships before that. Even though he doesn’t say anything, I feel at times that he wants to say that maybe I gave it to him. I’ve never been intimate with anyone else. I’ve never had sores anywhere. I also read that this can be prodrome? I guess we both don’t understand why he is feeling all this after my outbreak. The doctor told me that based on my results, this is my primary outbreak.
