in other words what is the real different between the two if located genitally

Thank you for helping clarify. You said I need to know for sure. I have read conflicting information about the difference between type 1 genitally and type 2 genitally but curious what it would mean for me if i am in fact hsv2 vs 1 genitally. appreciate your help.
also let me know if an additional blood test would provide greater clarity.
