I’m here to respond to concerns and questions you might have about genital herpes and your own personal situation. For the past 30 years, genital herpes has been my special area of interest and we have conducted many, many research studies at our clinic on various aspects of genital herpes, so I know the subject well, and can help you sort out issues that you might have.

Price per interaction
Because I answer herpes questions during the time I might be seeing patients at the clinic, I do charge for this interaction. The charge is $20 for an initial post and two follow up posts. For responses that you have beyond that, you will be charged at the rate of $20 per three more posts (even if you only have one more). You may also post pictures if you wish. You’ll be asked to pay prior to posting your questions. Posts are limited to ~750 words.
We need to be careful to keep the questions anonymous. Please don’t tell me who you are or give me any identifying information about yourself on this forum. If we need to order follow up testing or an office visit, you can do that through an eVisit, separately. No questions are stupid or silly. I will never ever judge you for something you have done. We are all fallible humans, myself included. So post away! I’m really eager to be of help to you.

“I really cannot begin to express my gratitude to you. I am a young professional living in Manhattan and I am blessed with great medical care, but the absolute best doctors simply have nowhere near the level of understanding about this that you do. I really do not know what I would do if if it were not for you, and that I said very objectively/unemotionally, despite my emotional state.”
“I reached out to Terri in a very anxious state. It was very easy to schedule a quick meeting with her online. She was very supportive and patient. She answered all my questions and told me step by step how to order the WB. In the process of getting results, Terri has been very responsive. She followed up with the University to make sure the results were sent. I want to thank Terri for being so helpful during my anxiety and be a source of encouragement.”
“Terri, what you do at this clinic is truly amazing. Without this clinic, I would be living my life believing that I have the virus when in fact I don’t. Thanks Westover Heights!”
“Terri, I received the good news from the WB test that I’m in fact negative for HSV2. Thank you so much for your advice and counsel. I can’t tell you how much it means to me to have clarity on this subject.”
“I just wanted to personally thank you for having the knowledge about these tests and providing opportunities for people to take the western blot who really need it. Doctors need to be more educated on this subject instead of writing people off as positive and moving them along! You deserve great praise for your clinic and staff and I appreciate your fair judgement and patience. I can’t thank you enough for helping me, and believe me, I will be protecting that negative like my life depends on it! You are awesome Dr. Terri Warren!”
